Over the last few years I have put together a rental portfolio of twelve units and have rehabbed five houses to retail. My companies main focus since late 2017 has predominantly been wholesaling or assigning contracts while adding value add rentals along the way. My company, YNP Investments looks to do between 5 and 7 deals per month..most being wholesales.
