Hi BP! My wife and I currently reside in San Francisco, CA. We started our investment journey in Cincinnati, OH where we got into our first House Hack (duplex). After 2 years there, we purchased an owner occupied SFH, which we turned into a rental after a year. Looking to continue to buy & hold on our way to a small but mighty portfolio!
