Bryce Witcher

Starting from a single family fix & flip background, Bryce lovingly and profitably rehabbed 4 houses in some of the Phoenix historical neighborhoods. With over 20-years’ experience as a landlord/property manager, he has had several SF rentals as well, but now only holds one. To test his skills, he flipped an additional house SUCCESSFULLY during the 2009 downturn. He says it was thrilling and scary but that he wouldn’t want to do it again, as he only made $15K. Bryce lives in a great area of Phoenix and loves gardening. He is a philanthropist at heart, doesn’t expect reciprocity, and tries to find ways to help others overcome food insecurity and provides affordable housing. Bryce is competitive and is motivated by the success of others. He has a great design ethic especially when it comes to rehabbing home surfaces and colors. He has a huge desire and motivation to provide great places to live for his tenants and buyers. He likes to LOVE LIFE and not take things too seriously. Other people tell him that he is pretty funny at times and fun to work with. He is grateful for all the advantages and comforts he has. When Bryce feels stuck on something like goals he wants to accomplish, it is always with a sense of urgency. He tends to work smart and fast, running circles around others. He executes on his ideas/projects very quickly and with integrity and follow through. He is always demanding of himself to finish projects with a high degree of excellence and detail. He under promises and over delivers. Bryce is a life-long learner and is always trying to find ways to improve himself. He is a very curious person and likes to figure out and learn how things work. This helps him solve problems quickly and efficiently. If there is something he wants to be an expert in (like CRE), he finds ways to immerse himself, like here in BiggerPockets. He likes to learn new and challenging skills. Bryce is very creative, both artistically and financially with solving projects. He tries to view things from a unique angle.
