Not really a fan of new construction, that old adage "they don't make them like they used to", absolutely adore historic homes built in the late 1800's. I've been on the side of helping people find investments, working with investors on flipping, own multiple property, but have never had the time to actual do a fix/flip on my own yet due to lack of time.. one day soon.
