I am an overseas civilian contractor currently working as an aircraft mechanic. I'm married with 2 high school aged children. I am looking to get out of this line of work so I can be home full time and I want to break into the world of real estate investment. I'm hoping to learn as much as I can here so I don't lose my butt when the time comes to make a move.
