Cahit Karakas

Hi. I am Cahit Karakas and located in Kansas City/MO at this time. I have been living in the US for 7 years now. I have taught physics 6 years in TX and continuing in here for one more year. I am about to get the freedom of where I wanna work. I am currently changing my career to the IT industry. Besides that I want to learn about the real estate. Reasons are as follows. First of all, I am so thankful that God gave me a chance to be present on the land of opportunities :) . So I am trying to make the most out of it. Secondly, as I grew up back in Turkey, all members of my family happened to be doers, father in construction, younger and older brother are mechanics. I was the only one actually schooled. So first generation to go to high school, to go to college, and to go abroad :) . However I still intrinsically have the desire to be able to build things and make them service of other people. I believe one of the best ways is to provide good shelters for human beings. Third, as I get older, my desire to get my financial freedom is escalating. I have so many things I want to accomplish. I want the money to be out of the way so that I can get to the point I want to. I am not aiming to be rich. Although, I want to be WEALTHY in terms of finance, health and relationships (that is another thing could talk later :( ).
