To whom it may concern, I am what they call a REI newbie but I have a growing interest in this for now as a side hustle and hopefully a full time gig in the future. Currently I work on my FT job as a pharmacist but I have developed a passion for business and finance outside of my typical clinical scope. I aim to start investing in SFRs and small multifamily units for now and then grow from there. Other areas that interest me include Live'n'flips as well as the BRRRR strategy.
