My wife and I are investors with a growing SFR portfolio in Dallas and East Texas. So far, we've seen success with value-add plays in middle class neighborhoods. Our goal is to move into multi-family in the near future, with aspirations of developing properties down the road. We both have non-RE related "W2 jobs", but thoroughly enjoy our real estate investments.
