I am a local real estate investor in the Smith field area looking for distressed single family and small multifamily properties in Northern Rhode Island. I have funding in place and I'm currently working hard to find off market deals. I got my RI Real Estate Sales license in February 2020 and currently looking for a broker to hang my license with. My company is currently focused on securing federal government contracts but I personally have 5+ years experience in residential painting as well.
