Candace Edmonds

I am Candace Edmonds. I live in a suburb around Cleveland, Oh. I opened my real estate investment LLC, M&C Sunrise Properties, very soon after having joined a Cameron Dunlap Mentorship Group in the summer of 2015. So far I've gotten three vacant homes under contract, owned by private owners free and clear, and then wholesaled each, to investor/rehabbers. Although I have access to thousands of vacant home addresses around the country, so far I have stayed local in my deals. Presently most of my cash buyers (though not all) consist of investors who live within about 35 miles of me, though I have every intention of developing my business into one that can and will buy and flip vacant homes in other states as well. I later joined Josh Cantwell's 40Kflip group and trained on the stages of buying, rehabbing, and then how to have a successful sale, involving all the details and costs for each. Thanks to training by Susan Lassitor-Lyons, I am presently preparing myself and my business to give opportunities for passive real estate investors to become private money partners in a much larger variety of real estate deals/flips and ventures, (through both debt and equity partnerships.) Once these relationships have been made, I am looking forward to growing much faster, increasing my income tremendously, along with becoming a very safe and lucrative place for passive real estate investors to enjoy great returns on their money.
