A little more than six years ago, I decided real estate was going to be the vehicle that would allow me to build a legacy for my family, something that my children could inherit. I chose real estate because, I wanted to go beyond just having a job; I wanted to do something on a much larger, more profitable, more impactful, scale. I wanted to be able to help others get on the path of financial freedom. More than that, I wanted to be able to directly contribute to reducing the number of homeless in the nation. I chose real estate because I wanted to transfer my passion for problem solving (engineering by trade), to finding solutions to complex real estate situations.
