Although I've purchased 3 homes in the past (1987, 1993, and 1997) and have been an accidental landlord I'm new to purposeful real estate investing. I'm looking forward to participating in multiple types of investment opportunities, particularly buy and holds, flips, and wholesaling with an eventual focus on multi family properties long term.
