Eager and ready to start Investing in Real Estate to achieve financial freedom...Right, isn't that why we are all here? Seriously though, I have always worked in some type of construction. I have a wide range of experience from digging ditches for footers and utilities to Design and Project Managment. I have restored fire, water and mold damaged properties, commercial and residential. Currently, I am employed as a Fire Protection Engineer and I am NICET Certified. I have two associates degrees, one in Civil Design and one in Architecture Design. I've always been curious about R.E.I., but always thought that was for the super-rich, Warren Buffets of the world. When my wife and I decided to buy our first home, during 2008 Housing Market Crash, the foreclosures were very appealing to me. I felt confident that with my knowledge of construction that we could find something and build some nice "Sweat" Equity. Well, I was right as we recently had an appraisal done. Now I have the itch, I want to do this again....and again. The problem is I know construction, I don't know Real Estate....Hence why I am here.
