Carmen Lewis

I am currently a stay-at-home mom, and in school for nursing. But something keeps pulling me back to my first passion which is real estate. I took real estate classes years ago, but ended up pursuing jobs in the nursing field. I am looking to learn how to flip houses. I want to flip houses because I have always had a passion for it. There are some really lovely neighborhoods in Dayton that I would love being a part of restoring. I also want to earn some extra money and start a college savings for my children. I am very competitive and hard-working. If I start something, I make sure to complete it with the best of my ability. I welcome any help or advice that I can get.
