Hey everyone, I'm new to the real estate investing world. I have been involved with land development for large companies the last 10 years. Mostly developing rural areas for energy projects, but have worked on rural housing developments when I started my career. I have finally decided to start investing in myself. I'm looking for any deals in Colorado, Utah, New Mexico, and Arizona areas. I'm really excited to start this adventure and find my first deal.
