I did one flip successfully back in 2019, when prices were great (which I didn't realize at the time). I was determined to do another. I have been saving for my second property and like many running into a major market shift with prices skyrocketing and low inventory. I am determined to get my 2nd property no matter what it takes! I am hoping to gain the knowledge I need through platforms like this, research and networking, so that I may overcome this next big obstacle! I look forward to connecting:)
