Hi Everyone, I am a born and raised San Diegan! I have been a lender for almost 10 yrs now. Before that I was a musician that got to travel around the US and play music for a living. That part of my life was awesome but I am excited to start a new chapter in real estate investing! Experience: I own 6 Rentals, 5 Single Family Homes in the Austin Texas area and one in San Diego. I have Flipped 3 homes in San Diego. Real Estate Goals: My Real Estate Goal is to become a full time Real Estate Investor so I can gain the freedom to do the things I love with the people I love. I am most interested in Fix and Flip at the moment. I love to see the change that Fix and Flippers make in a house taking it from a beater to a beautiful home ready for a new family. I would hope to venture into different areas of Real Estate Investing once one aspect is mastered. Currently Seeking: I am looking to network with like minded investors in San Diego.
