New to real estate as a career, I am a college counselor looking to pursue my passion in multi-family investing. My husband and I have bought/sold/rented a few single family homes in Ventura County, California, and are now looking out of state for multi-family homes. Our markets of interest are Houston, Huntsville, and Orlando. We plan to buy our first multi-family home as soon as possible.
