My husband and I are not new to real estate, but we are new to making real estate investing a top priority and building our investment portfolio. We each previously owned a home, which we house-hacked or rented as a LTR, and became partners together when we decided to turn our primary residence into a long-term rental property. We are still learning and finding our niche but are interested in more real estate investments in the near future, both local and long distance.
