Hello! my name is Crencenthia Brown I live in Durham NC,{yes it says Centhia lots of ppl has hard time saying my name lol} i wanted to make it easy. I am wife 26yrs,5 kids, and 8 grand's. I just love family. My reason why am I finally living my dream I'm becoming REI, my family I need my grand kids to see you don't need to work for other, create wealth and pass it down to my further. My goal is to have my husband leave his job within 2years. buy my 1st investment 60days,in 6months have 3 short terms rentals with 2 longer term rentals. with in that time I will have made 20k. I may have to do a few flips just to make sure I have enough funds. I did mentorship program. I will love to network , partner up and learn more about creative financing.
