My firm, Property Specific Realty (www.PropertySpecificRealty.com), helps investors source properties that cash flow and have appreciation upside. I am originally from Raleigh, NC and a graduate of East Carolina University. I returned to Raleigh, NC after graduation to pursue a career in Real Estate. I started out doing Property Management and eventually progressed to positions such as Vice President of Asset Management and Director of Property Management for a private company that had controlling interest of more than 20,000 units. I started a Property Management and Brokerage company in early 2015 and have increased my personal portfolio to 22 units, of which one is a small multi-family project that caters to students at a small private university. Experience: I currently own 2 investment properties personally and professionally have been involvement in a $100M acquisition of a student housing portfolio, $600M under management, $170M investor equity, and $430M fixed-rate debt and was honored as a recipient of Student Housing Business Magazine's top 30 under 30 National Award. Real Estate Goals: My goal is to continue to build my property management and brokerage business and to increase the number of personal investment properties I have. I would also like to start equity raising for more purchases, leading up to multi-family apartment building purchases. I currently adopt more of a buy and hold strategy. Currently Seeking: I am looking for great buy and hold investment opportunities. I am also interested in teaming up with other investors to purchase apartment buildings.
