Hi I am Chad; I work in law enforcement and love what I do. Although some days can be tough, I like doing something that can have a positive effect on someone’s life. Even though I love what I do, I want to build up passive income through buy-and-hold real estate to provide my family with additional options and decrease the overtime I work. Although I live in Northern California, I am looking to invest in North Carolina (Raleigh). I am usually a private person, so having an account on social media is a big step for me.
