Hi ! This is Chad and Jessica Smith. We live and work Winnemucca, Nevada with our two kids. Our long-term goal is to invest in buy and hold properties and to be financially independent three to five years from now. My wife and I recently bought our first property a SFR in Winnemucca that we are fixing up to apply the BRRR strategy to.
