Carlos Preciado

I am a psychotherapist, married and have 2 1/2 year old twins. My wife and I are in the same profession and currently in escrow purchasing our first duplex in lehigh acres, Florida. I have been looking in Southern California for multi units for 2 years and probably have put over 50 offers. Too expensive to invest for cash flow and joined a real estate network about a year ago and have been reading and listening to real-estate pod-cast for a few months now. I then began to look at markets out of state. It has helped me to take action on out first real-estate investment.
