I’m a real estate investor with a couple of deals under my belt. Along with my investment group, we currently have one rental property in Miami Beach and 3 small properties internationally. I joined Biggerpockets because I recognized that it offers unique learning opportunities, not to mention resources that just aren’t available anywhere else on the internet. I love using the calculators, which allow me to see the bigger picture for any property we are interested in. As an added bonus, through Biggerpockets I have had the opportunity to meet other like-minded individuals, not just online, but also in person. I have joined several informal real estate meetings on a weekly basis and have learned about different ways of doing business in the real estate market. It’s an amazing business to be in and I look forward to learning so much more. Of course, the point isn’t just to learn, but also to put all the information into practice, and with the help of all the Biggerpockets tools, I have no doubt that I will be successful in my real estate career. I welcome the opportunity to collaborate with real estate investors. I'm willing to help you if your willing to teach me, and vice-versa. I like to learn a business from bottom to top and know everything there is to know. Knowledge is power, and along with power comes the ability make dreams into a reality. Sitting around and waiting for things to happen is not my style. I know it takes a lot of hard work, but I'm willing to roll up my sleeves and get it done.
