My name is Chawn and I currently live in Kennesaw, GA (suburb of Atlanta). I'm new to real estate investing and I joined Biggerpockets to get all the education I can before trying to do my first deal. Any and all advice is welcome. Experience: I've purchased 2 properties both being my personal residence. Real Estate Goals: To obtain 10k in passive income per month investing in single and multi-family homes. Eventually moving to commercial real estate specifically hotels and apartment buildings.
