Tyler Chenault

I am originally from the Greater New York City area, and have proudly made Georgia home since 2009. I hold a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Georgia Gwinnett College. I soon after began my real estate career in 2018 under a growing residential property management company. My experience working with rental properties matured my love for real estate in the Atlanta market. This work gave me keen insight into how a real estate investor approaches a deal and best ways to expand their rental portfolio. I understand that Atlanta and the surrounding markets are diverse. In just a little over an hour, one can experience a busy metropolitan, quiet suburbs, a beautiful lakefront, and even mountain ranges. Finding your next home in an area with so many unique communities can be overwhelming without the right guide. That is where my patience and expertise are most valued. I enjoy working with first-time buyers, luxury clientele, real estate investors, sellers, and residents moving to Georgia for the first time. I pride myself on not just being a market expert but your trusted resource from the start of your home search to the closing table. I come with a huge business network I can call on to provide my clients with exactly what they need for any project. I am married to my wife, Ashley, and we have three children together. In my free time I enjoy sports, reading, and mastering three additional languages.
