Chip Larson

I am an active real estate investor, typically looking to buy and hold properties in central and southern NH located in C+/B class neighborhoods. I have also partnered with a contractor on fix and flip deals and home renovations. I take pride in my properties and am not at all intersted in being a "slum lord". I'm always trying to educate myself about real estate investing as much as possible through reading, listening to podcasts, attending seminars etc. As of the summer of 2017 I sold my physical therapy practice and began devoting more of my time to real estate investing. When I'm not working I enjoy family time with my wife and son and spending time outdoors (skiing, boating, water skiing, kayaking). Experience: My wife and I own our home in Pembroke, NH and a vacation home on Lake Winnipesaukee. As of 2024 our investment real estate currently includes a fourplex, a triplex, two duplexes, an "off-grid" short-term vacation rental and two condexes. Currently Seeking: Buy and hold deals for larger multifamily properties in central and southern NH. Fix and flip opportunites in the same geographic location.
