My wife and I moved to San Rafael California a year and a half ago from Denver Colorado. It was a dream for me to live in California and I must say it was the perfect thing to do. We flipped homes on the side in Denver and want to start again out here. I work as a Project Manager for the largest privately owned restoration company in the country so have unlimited access to contractors and crews. I also started in the industry 15 years ago building custom homes so I can do the work as well. I look forward to speaking and meeting new people with the same interests. *Update: We have recently moved to Woodside CA. We are focusing on looking for some buy and holds in Nevada until prices in the Bay Area come down a bit.
