I've always been interested in Real Estate, from as far back as I can remember. After college I briefly worked in New Home sales and got my RE license but it wasn't the right fit at the time. Recently, my wife and I started dappling in rental properties in our local area and we've had some good success so far. I am very interested in growing my business so that it can become a full time option as opposed to a part time entity. Experience: I was a licensed Real Estate Agent back in 2004 but the job I had in new home sales didn't quite fit me. Unfortunately I let the license laps, though I'm sure I could get it back. During that time though, I became very interested in REI. I read 3 of the RDPD books and I was hooked. Fast forward to 2012, my wife and I decided to finally do something about my desire to get into the game and we picked up our first rental. We had a lot of success with that one so in late 2015, we picked up our second one! Real Estate Goals: The short term goal are as follows: - 10 full time, long term rentals mainly in SE MI - Develop strategic partnerships for development of luxury relocation rentals or build to own. - 1-2 Vacation rentals aiming toward FL Some long term goals are: - Leave the current "rat race" and get into REI full time - Develop/purchase a hotel in vacation area - Be able to diversify my LLC with the net cash flow from REI to be able to include charter boats, planes, concierge services for luxury travelers. - Currently Seeking: I'm looking to find like minded individuals looking to grow their own portfolio while simultaneously mentoring someone who is eager to learn.
