I have a full time day job as a mortgage lender. I stopped flipping back in 2009. I am just starting back up again and find it seriously more competitive. I am looking for resources to help find real estate to purchase at a competitive price. I have had a portfolio of rentals, fixed and flip as well as wholesale out. I have just entered contract for my first flip in 7 years. Great to be back but so many things have changed. Looking forward to learning more through Bigger Pockets.
