Chris Taualii

Hello, my name is Chris Taualii, and I am a newbie into being a real estate investor doing wholesaling and lease options. I took the James Smith course Dare to be Rich course, and I definitely see a great opportunity in real estate. I have very little capital, so I decided to start off with lease options and wholesaling. I'm currently looking at some properties, and I would love to get some advice as I go through this process.
