I've been in the real estate and mortgage industry for close to 25 years now. I am currently a mortgage broker and banker licensed in Utah and Washington State as an Associate Lending Manager. I offer all the conventional products including 203K's, FHA, VA, USDA, Conv Home Equity loans and lines, Construction, Commercial, Hard Money and other Private Lending. I am also an investor always looking for new strategies and of course good deals! I'm mainly focused in UT and WA right now but I'm involved with a community that has groups all over the country, heavy in Chicago, New York, Hawaii, Atlanta, CA, Arizona and Nevada.
