Christian Barthelemy

My name is Christian Barthelemy and I am the President of RCJB Properties out of Miami, Florida. We have been doing business for about two years and currently in the process of closing/rehabbing 5 deals. We aim to buy anywhere from Homestead to North Miami Beach and seek a return on investment of at least 30% to consider the deal. We have a solid contractor on staff, but we are looking to expand as business is growing rapidly. We are looking forward to networking with various like minded hungry individuals!
