Hi everyone! I'm currently running the design studio for a new home builder in Greenville, South Carolina. I've also worked as their closing coordinator, marketing coordinator and as a sales assistant, so I've seen multiple sides of the new home building industry. I have attended real estate school twice and have passed my state licensing exam twice, only to let my provisional lapse both times. I got cold feet the second time around...commission-only sales as a single parent spooked me. Now I'm looking to build long-term wealth for myself and leave a legacy for my children, while hopefully teaching them this industry as I learn. I had one failed rental over a decade ago, but I learned some valuable lessons and I still believe wholeheartedly in real estate as an attainable way to build wealth for all.
