I am a 24 year old currently working in the financial tech sector. I have considered buying for the past year, however it never seemed feasible. I recently was pointed to this website and the Bigger Pockets podcast, which have reinvigorated my interest in the real estate market. Learning about the BRRRR method, it seems to be a more viable option rather than the typical buy a house, get a 30 year loan and have to commit to the house.
