Hi all, I'm Chris. I am currently working in a hotel as a front desk clerk. Before that I was a computer technician. When I went to college my first major was a business degree with a real estate concentration. After my first semester I decided to change it to IT. It has always been my dream to get into the real estate business but never knew how to get started since I have bad credit and no funding. I watch a lot of HGTV house reno shows and I love seeing run down "ugly" houses transformed into glamorous ones. I know it takes a lot of work, unexpected expenses, and lots of money to reno a house like that but it still excites me. I am joining to learn all I can and hopefully do start doing deals.
