This section is always the trickiest one to fill in. I'm here because I want to own property that returns money over time. Banks don't pay out much anymore, stocks are too chaotic for my tastes. I believe if a building has a solid foundation, it can be a solid investment. Experience: Graduated with a degree in residential construction with emphasis on real estate. Real Estate Goals: 1) Learn about the BRRRR method. 2) Analyze and acquire single family or multi-family property of 2-4 units. 4) Slowly add to my portfolio. 5) Retire from my day job (This may take a while). Currently Seeking: Knowledge on how to properly analyze properties and determine their profitability.
