I currently work as an Aerospace Engineer in the Las Vegas, NV area. I'm fairly new to the area and just purchased my primary residence in Henderson, NV. I'm interested in building a rental portfolio of small SFR, condos, and townhomes using the BRRRR method. My criteria for what I'm looking for is pretty simple: (1) Quality location (2) Equity in the deal (3) Cash flow positive by year 3 (4) Acquisition cost around $250k or less
