Hi! I’m a beginner in property investing based in the UK, with a focus on opportunities in the Midlands region. Right now, I’m in the early stages of learning, networking, and exploring ways to get started—ideally by connecting with others who are also new or have a bit more experience. I’m particularly interested in buy-to-let properties and possibly small residential projects. My longer-term goal is to build a portfolio, either independently or as part of a group with like-minded people.
