Rental Property Investor
I'm a Rental Property Investor/Rehabber located in Chicago IL. My main focus is building a rental portfolio that provides enough annual cash flow to replace my W-2 income. Honestly, just being honest, once I achieve this goal I wouldn't quit my job (LOVE my job) but it'd be nice to have the option. Isn't that what we're all investing for anyway, to have more options?
