I would love to find a partner on some business ventures. I currently have a full time job in chem eng for the water dept for the state of Colorado. I went to Indiana University for a degree in Chemistry and U of M for engineering. I am new to Biggerpockets and their podcast and am so enjoying my journey in real estate and business! I've read a couple of the books and working thru more. I am a voracious reader, on average about 1-2/week. Any book recommendations, please send them my way! I currently own 1 rental and about to buy a house and convert my other condo into a rental. I am currently buying a business and plan to hold on to that for 2-5 years. I am looking into multi family properties and commercial real estate. I would love to find some fixer upper commercial and convert into a bar/brewery with local artists and musicians and do charity events with it, including animal rescue.
