I'm fairly new to BP and real-estate investing (2018). It intrigues me because of the number crunching. I realize it's more than that, but that's what first caught my attention. I am looking at properties in and around Fond du Lac County. We bought a new home and are renting our previous SFR. We've purchased a duplex and second SFR in Fond du Lac, and are looking to expand our portfolio. In addition, we have a SFR and Duplex in Ripon. We've also begun working through Tom Zeeb's wholesaling kit. Our goal is to expand to allow my wife to quit her job and keep income flowing through retirement. We're pretty new and looking to learn as much as possible. Right now, we work through the MLS, but would like to get to know the more inner workings of REI.
