Hi, my name is Clara and I got started in real estate investing by purchasing my first single family home in Arvada, CO that I DIY renovated and turned into an STR. Six months later, I bought my second STR in the mountains outside of Denver. In 2022, I started my own STR property management business and now manage 32 high-end STR's in Colorado and Arizona.
