Rental Property Investor
Hello everyone!My wife and I started investing in 2016 when we house hacked our first duplex using a VA loan. Since then, we have acquired 3 SFH’s and a note. After a couple years of seasoning we sold the rentals and are now debt free! Now we are moving into the next stage of our plan, house hacking some 4-units down in Florida.
