Investor since 2004 and Realtor since 2012, my passion is finding good deals that will help clients and improve the housing stock. Making the world a better place through rehabbing, wholesaling, land lording and growing is our mantra. Experience: My experience includes land lording since 2004, doing a handful of rehabs while working as a Realtor. I currently am a broker/owner while focused on finding properties to flip and wholesale. Real Estate Goals: I have two goals going into 2016. First we will do 8 rehabs in Central Indiana and wholesale / lease option ten other deals. Currently Seeking: I am looking for wholesalers focused on north Indy and Hamilton Cty.
