In 2012, I kicked off my career in real estate with Lima One Capital where I accepted the position of Head of Business Development for Atlanta. After grabbing 70% of market share of Atlanta for hard money loans, I was promoted to Director of Business Development for the company. I head up the expansion for sales into 30 new states and over 50 new markets. Not only knowing the financing side of the business, I am an active real estate investor focusing on buying fixing, and selling of homes.
