Rental Property Investor
My wife and I started investing in rental properties in Greeley, CO in 1994. In August of 2018, we sold all of our properties in Greeley and purchased properties in Pinellas County, Florida through 1031 Exchanges. We retired and now self manage our properties in Florida.
