Colleen Carnahan

My name is Colleen. I grew up on the East Coast, in the MD, VA, DC tri-state area, and moved to Phoenix in 2009. My father who has run his own handyman business, and manages his own rental unit, taught me a bit about those industries. He is who I credit most for my interest in REI. My husband and I are working together as a team to develop and expand our REI portfolio. With a background in Engineering and Project Management, he's great with the numbers and work flow, with a Background in Theater Design and Production, I'm great with seeing the potential in a property and executing that vision on shoe-string budgets. Together, we have the skill sets necessary to be successful.
