Real Estate Investor Real Estate Agent at Keller Williams Metropolitan I decided to update this with more current information....my "beloved"corporate America laid me off, found immediately another job, and the boss was an idiot...I resigned. I have flipped already in Northern NJ 27 properties, including 4 wonderful SFH one in Dover, Wharton and 2 in Morristown that I have rented generating "very good" positive cash flow. This is my new life now and I'm loving it! . Looking forward to connect with entrepreneurs and adventurous people like you out there. Experience: In late 2014 I invested ...very hands off in my first flip, and it was a hit! In 2015 still with a full time job, I decided to invest in the next 2 properties....and after dealing with a very dishonest contractor, I needed to hire more people to fix all the issues I was left with from the initial contractor. The experience gathered with these 2 houses were like having an MBA on house flipping. In 2016, I became a self employed person, invested in total in 3 more houses. In 2017, I decided to take more control or at least getting more information and Real Estate experience, so I studied and got my RE license, and now I'm part of Keller Williams Morristown NJ. I incorporated my self and now I have my LLC. In 2017 I have invested in 4 houses, including my own...which I consider a mid term flip...planning to selling in a couple of years after my son finishes High School. In 2018 I made a huge progress and sold in total 6 rehabbed houses. 2019 was the year I started with my 2 rentals, in 2020 I purchased my 3rd rental and 2021 the fourth. Now, 2023, I'm on my house #27. Real Estate Goals: I am evaluating my goals for the mid term especially taking into consideration that the market possibly will become more challenging, at least for flipping in my Morris county area. The houses are very expensive now reducing the potential margin. I want to increase my portfolio of rentals, and explore the possibility to JV with other investors. Money, good people to work with you, and finding the right type of properties is the challenging part of this business.
